Martita Mestéy is the Client Implementation Expert at iWeev accountable for developing new business, creating and strengthening partnerships and providing new thoughts, ideas and resources. Through her many years in the Diversity space as a partnership negotiator, leader of a Diversity Executive Search practice and spending the last ten years leading the marketing operations of a well known Hispanic job board – iHispano.com, she has built a solid network of partners-turned-friends that produced for iWeev a new clientele within a trusted network.
Recruiting and technical interviewing is led by Senior Associate Anabel Ruiz-Morales, whose background in the private and public sector has provided her with the knowledge and key industry specifics to provide candidates with a realistic view of a company's needs and culture. She is a tough interviewer with a solid background and her technical prep can redirect their weaknesses and strengthen a candidates inherent aptitude. Adding to the current personality indicators in our technical interviews, Anabel has given our clients a good assessment of candidates from both a cultural as well as quality fit.
Our partnership with several schools and organizations gives us an opportunity to build programs and events in the career space. Denise French, Operations and Planning Director leads our Fairs and Planning division. Denise earned her stripes as a corporate event planner for a large organization planning events for up to 8000 people. Her initial start was in travel, planning and administration. She has a well rounded background in the overall planning of the business as well as the background and training in external preparation and implementation of events. Denise also leads the operations and planning for a sister organization of iWeev and is considered a mega-multitasker.
Technology is our backbone and led by a Leader in Information Technology, Seyi Owolabi. Seyi is an engineer by education with a strong programming background. His expertise is augmented by his ability to think on his feet and build relationships with clients both internally and externally. His patience for the practice is worth mentioning as he is considered one the most patient programmers around.
Our younger staff members and summer staff usually are comprised of students and college grads that have a desire to work in an environment that is constantly changing. Our current support staff consists of researchers, internet marketers, sales and administrative personnel.
